Nicola has over 10 years Yoga teaching experience. Teaching Hatha Zen Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga. I teach a Zen 'Hatha' yoga. Qualifications.

I am experience professional yoga teacher and holistic therapist. I teach in local gyms, open groups and private clients. I have been practising yoga for 12 years and teaching since April 2010. I am a fully qualified holistic therapist the treatments I offer are Thai Yoga therapy, Thai Foot therapy, Hot Stones therapy and threading. Zenways Yoga Teacher 200hr

Get • 📢 This year, many parents have told us they were first made aware of group B Strep when their baby became seriously unwell from GBS infection. This needs to change.

All pregnant women and people should be told about group B Strep, so they can make informed decisions to protect themselves and their baby.

Posted • 📢 One in four adults carry the group b strep bacterium.

🧪 Testing is the only way to find out if you are carrying the group B Strep bacteria. Getting a test in pregnancy is simple, safe and effective.

👶 If you are found to be carrying group B Strep in pregnancy, you will be offered antibiotics from the start of labour. This will minimise the risk of your newborn baby developing a group B Strep infection.

❗ Group B Strep testing and information is not NOT routinely offered to pregnant women and people in the UK, so if you are pregnant, ask your health team about GBS.

If you’re hospital can’t offer a test, a private home testing kit is available for around £50.
