To start the year we’ve come together as a family to create something really special.

🌿 A two night stay for two at Woods Edge — a colourful, design-led cabin set within 100 acres of rewilded woodland and meadows.

We’re teaming up with for a beautiful combination of heat, breath, sound and stillness.

We’ve experienced Claire’s group and private sound sessions and she’s genuinely incredible at what she does. Meldon Village Hall is the perfect setting, it’s spacious, peaceful and full of atmosphere.

Who’s joining us for the Winter Solstice?

This field will always hold a special place in our hearts. The moment we step into it, there’s a calmness that settles in — the kind only nature can give. I spent so many days here with my wonderful dad, Peter, listening to the chiffchaffs, watching the barn owls, and just enjoying the stillness. It was his place of contentment.

Peter worked incredibly hard to make this field part of our family’s life, and even though we sadly lost him two years ago, his presence is woven into every inch of it. Being able to share this space — his space — with all of you is something that means more than I can say.

Today would have been his birthday, and in his honour, we’d love to offer £10 sauna sessions for anyone who’d like to come and enjoy a little piece of Peter’s heaven. 🌱

🌿 Our Dartmoor Walk & Sauna Event — Fully Booked! 🔥

We’re so excited to say that all spaces for our Dartmoor Walk & Sauna on November 9th have now been filled!
A huge thank you to everyone who’s signed up — we can’t wait to spend the day exploring, moving, and relaxing together out on the moors. 🥾🧖‍♀️

This event is all about slowing down, connecting with nature, and sharing the power of contrast — fresh air, wild landscapes, heat, and cold.

If you missed out this time, don’t worry! We’ve got plenty more events in the pipeline — from guided runs and sauna mornings to pop-ups at new locations across Devon.

Imagine a beautiful autumnal walk across the wild moor to an ancient stone circle, with some Qi Gong and space for you along the way, and then back to a sheltered, wooded river for an invigorating dip before warming up in seconds in a mobile sauna less than 50 metres away! All with big-hearted company.

Paul & Kate are teaming up with Josh & Eva of Matchbox Sauna to bring you this new Self~Nature Connection experience on Sunday 9th November.

As well as the deep wellbeing benefits of our existing Dartmoor wanders (see https://www.soulwarriors.net/testimonials ), having a sauna on hand at the end of our walk, right by the river, will give you a unique opportunity to have a go at wild dipping/swimming, knowing that you then have the best possible way on the planet to instantly warm up!

We'll have Matchbox Sauna fired up and ready to go for an hour (3.30 - 4.30) which will also give you the opportunity to try the Finnish tradition of 'contrast bathing' (alternating sauna and cold dips), which promotes circulation, reduces inflammation and stiffness and aids all round rejuvenation.
