Finally getting ‘me’ back after being 77lb down this year 🎉❤️ (have another 10lb to go) and feeling so much better. Cancer free - and this year is shaping up nicely even with lots of things happening. Trying my best to manage the stress (an excitement) but I’m really pleased that ive managed to not gain weight once this year so far (even with a holiday!) and have learnt so much about myself this time around. Finally I’m here…

AND … what’s more …. I’m wearing one of my fave Ralf Lauren sweatshirts from many moons ago when I was running SW groups in Cowbridge … [pic in comments] and it’s got a little more room in than it did then … 🤣

Oh, what a day that was! Our normal venue was flooded so we had to reroute to the local church where I preached the gospel according to SW 🤣🤣

If you want to feel a little bit like YOU again, pop along to one of our groups (or mine haha!) and let’s get that weight off before the mince pies 🥧 arrive 🤣 xx
