Hi all – I hope everyone is well and that you're all enjoying half term.

Once half term's over do you think you'll need some 'me' time to relax before you start the hectic run up to Christmas?

If so why not treat yourself to an holistic treatment either in the comfort of your own home, as I offer a full mobile service, or in my treatment room.

Hi all - I hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday weekend and enjoyed the warm weather.

I completed the Tri-Dosha Ayurvedic Facial course on Sunday and really enjoyed the whole day. The other trainees were a joy to be with and the Tri-Dosha products were heavenly.

I'm now fully trained on 3 Tri-Dosha Facials that all use the ayurvedic rejuvenation techniques. They are
- Mukhahabyanga - a wellness and anti-ageing facial.
- Soundaryam Vardhini - a relaxing facial with an optional foot massage
- Shilajita Mumiyo - a deeply revitalising anti-ageing facial
