It's still pretty hot out there, remember some of the basics....

💦 Keep swell hydrated throughout the day
☀️ Avoid being outside in the peak hours (11am -3pm)
⛱ Shade is good
🧴 Apply high factor sun protection
👒Wear a hat when outdoors

If you feel you may have had a little too much time in the sun, look out for the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Remember to keep a close eye on those more a risk such as elderly, babies and those with existing health conditions.

With the ongoing heatwave sweeping across the UK, make sure you can spot the symptoms (and difference between) heat exhaustion & heat stroke ☀️☀️☀️☀️
