✨ Hello February ✨

A new month is here, bringing fresh energy and new intentions. February is often about recalibration and preparing for what’s next.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, workshops will be resuming in March. While this wasn’t part of my original plan, this pause allows me the time and space to ensure that when I return, I’m able to deliver a high quality and meaningful experience.

✨ The good news: all regular classes and treatments are continuing as scheduled, and I currently have spaces available. If you’ve been wanting to book in for a class, enjoy a treatment I would absolutely love to welcome you during February.

We’re halfway through January already! I have been starting slowly, spending time tending to family, negotiating a life change and reviewing my goals for 2026 💜

- Due to restart in February. A mini retreat to explore essential oils along with an introduction to Qi Gong

- Planned for March. A moment to pause and integrate real life strategies to address stress, tension and burnout.
