Who the f**k needs another Black Friday deal?

Black Friday.
Cyber Monday.
Deals, discounts, flashing banners, BUY NOW, BUY MORE, FILL THE VOID.

And honestly…
who the f*ck needs this s**t?

Do we really need more things made in a factory, packed in plastic, shipped across oceans, and forgotten by January?

Do we really need more stuff
when so many of us are starving for the things you cannot buy?

Time.
Touch.
Tenderness.
Being seen.
Being appreciated.
Being held.
Being allowed to rest.

This season is overwhelming enough — loud, frantic, busy, performative.

But what your heart actually craves…
you cannot put in a shopping basket.

You can’t order it on Amazon.
You can’t find it in a sale.
You can’t wrap it in shiny paper.

What you truly want —
what your nervous system is screaming for —
is warmth, presence, connection, slowness… a moment to exhale.

So rebel with me.
Step out of the noise.
Step away from the “deals.”

"The Death I’m Ready For

Someone asked me what I desire right now.

And the truth that came out surprised me.

I desire a death —

not of my body,

but of the old part of me that is exhausted, complete, and ready to be released.

A part that has held too much for too long.

A part that needs grieving.

A part that deserves to be returned to the earth with tenderness.

This isn’t dark.

This is honest.

This is the cycle of life.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is allow a version of ourselves to die

so that a truer one can finally breathe.

Are you also afraid of that kind of death?

And yet… part of you knows it’s time?
