April is here💐✨
Many of us will be excited for the changes expected this month but others will have bad anxiety about this changes. You’re allowed to say no to anything you’re not comfortable with. You spend the most time with yourself, be sure to look after you first😘

Happy Monday Everyone 🌻
March is Endometriosis Awareness Month – and this year, more than ever, we want to ensure the voices of those affected by endometriosis are heard.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth, yet society all too often considers it a taboo.

This year we want to by encouraging everyone to be more open about endometriosis – to talk, acknowledge and understand.

Love sianne 💛💛

Does TGIF really mean anything now we are in lockdown 3.0?
We all adapt and deal with situations in different ways but something like this is extremely hard to get ‘use to’. While we are currently not able to see our friends and family, government guidelines state that you are able to meet one other person not in your household outside while practising 2meter social distancing, if you are not able to keep a distance then you must wear a mask. If you meet the eligibility rules, you can make a support bubble with one other household where you do not need to social distance. We are all doing our bit so this can end soon, and we can feel normal once again (whatever that might be now!)
Do not forget to reach out to friends, family, work colleagues but most importantly…yourself.
Our dm’s, like always, are open for anyone and anything.

Sending love to you all,

Congratulations...you made it to the end of 2020🥳🍾
Unlike previous years, 2020 is one that will be incomparable. We still find ourselves in unprecedented times but it is safe to say this has also been a year of strength, determination and solidarity. As we enter this new year, try and reflect on what you’ve personally achieved over the last 12 months to get ready to wipe the slate clean and step into 2021 knowing you can achieve anything💫

Wishing you all a safe and happy new year,

Izzy & Sianne💙💛

Please remember, this can be an incredibly sad time of year for people and now with the new government guidelines that are being practised over this festive period, it will be harder than ever for everyone this year. If someone you know does not seem to be in the “Christmas spirit”, do not try and make them happy just because it is the season to be jolly, instead, talk to them and offer support to see if you are able to help them in any way you can. While wearing a mask to protect others, also remember to protect yourself and those close to you, both mentally and physically.
Sending love and positivity during this time,
Izzy🤍

The month of September is Polycystic O***y Syndrome awareness month.

1 in 10 women are affected by PCOS and it is one of the leading causes of female infertility. Like so many other chronic illnesses, not one person’s experience with it will be the same. There are many influences and factors that can trigger PCOS, it is important to understand the distinction between each type of PCOS so if you are experiencing issues with your period that may be severe, you can have a clearer understanding of where you may need to make changes in your life.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to drop us a message at any time!

Stay fabulous my dears,
Izzy🥰

It’s okay to not be okay, September is Su***de Prevention Month, and this year it is more important than ever to raise awareness with the many challenges people are facing during these unprecedentedly times.

Remember to check in with your friends and family, remind them that they are loved and important and never a burden to you.
You never know who is battling their mental health on silence.

Please remember our DMs are always open for a conversation/advice and if you feel like you cannot speak to us refer to our mental health resources post on our page

Sending everyone light and love 💫💛

Sianne💕

Being depressed and having to battle with your own mind is incredibly difficult but this illness can also take a toll on the loved ones in proximity to you. If anyone has a partner, friend or family member with depression or any other mental illness, I strongly encourage you to use your initiative and educate yourself on their illness. You may feel like your help and support is not appreciated at times but it is important to maintain that level of love and compassion. If you have any further questions about this or wanted more advise, please feel free to drop us a message at anytime.

Wishing you all the best,
Izzy🥰

About us

We have created this page to raise awareness for Endometriosis and Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS). We both felt like there was no support group for people our age with these conditions, so we wanted to develop a platform for any young people also living with these two conditions. With that in mind, we wanted to share some more information with you about the two of us. Our names are Izzy (19) and Sianne (20), the two of us live in Hertfordshire and we officially met in 2012 where we both attended the same secondary school. The two of us currently battle with depression, Endometriosis and PCOS worsens your mental health tremendously so the two of us wanted to address this as well. We hope this page and the content we post can help you feel like there are other people here to support you and you are never alone in this, we appreciate all your support in advance💙💛
