APRIL IS STRESS AWARENESS MONTH
Stress is an important part of our lives, it helps us to prepare for life events and to protect us from harm. However, when stress becomes our default state and creates Anxiety, it has the potential to cause us mental and physical discord.
Jo specialises in working with clients who wish to learn to cope with their anxiety, using hypnotherapy and other self-help techniques to provide her clients with strategies to deal with their stress and anxiety which in turn leads to a more positive, calm outlook on life.
