Holmes Chapel snd surrounding area Cheshire My background was nursing/midwifery before embracing reflexology over 17 years ago. Several years back I started my reiki journey, attaining 3A Master Practitioner. And, more recently I consolidated my meditation practice by achieving certification as a meditation teacher. I provide professional and holistic Treatments in my relaxing clinic space in Holmes Chapel. I love being out in nature, and I absolutely love what I do! Inner exploration, self awareness and further learning continues as I align with my heart in order to best support you. Align with your Heart has become synonymous with all treatments and services, so much so I have published Align with your Heart Affirmation Cards and developed Align with your Heart Chakra Balance Technique which has been shared with other practitioners. The solar junction, a newer-known chakra sitting high above the head at the top of the 15 chakra column.

Its function:
*connects to our higher self
*it’s a bridge bringing harmony with our divine essence and our human expression
*brings guidance and insights

It’s white and gold

Visualise high above your head, an overarching pure white light with golden fragments coming right down a central column through all the other chakras to the earth star below.
It brings purity and an illumination to and through all the other chakras.
You might like to sit quietly with a selenite crystal, a rod is a particular favourite, invite clarity and divine illumined wisdom as you align with your heart 🤍 💛

You might have heard the term “healing crisis” this sounded a bit alarming so over time it’s become more commonly referred to as “healing reaction”
During reflexology or reiki, the parasympathetic nervous system aids deep relaxation prompting the body to find its balance/equilibrium/homeostasis 🩵
Whilst many people report sleeping better and feeling relaxed, occasionally for a day or so afterwards some people may feel really tired, increased visits to the toilet, nausea, headaches or feeling emotional. This is usually temporary and believed to be part of the process of achieving balance.
It’s recommended to relax after a session, drink water, be gentle with yourself and journal around any feelings that may arise 🩵
Any severe, longer lasting symptoms should be discussed with your Dr.

New moon cycle, new beginning, eclipse, reset, Chinese new year, random act of kindness day and Pancake Tuesday. Wow that’s a lot!!
As we leave behind the shedding of the year of the snake we gather momentum with the year of the fire horse. Being kind is a good place to start, to others and, importantly ourselves so I’m off to enjoy pancakes 🥞💗
