Children’s Reflexology tailored specifically to meet the needs of you and your child👣.

A beautiful morning spent with under 10’s. Giving a bit of half term TLC ❤️

The session included getting rid of the Jiggles and Wriggles
Tapping & Breathing and listening to how our body feels - CALM
Then reflexology to support
conditions presented:
Anxiety, Hyperactivity, Digestive sensitivity.
A nice big yawn indicating the parasympathetic nervous system is in a state of calm and relaxation, a soothing reset. Leaving Beautifully relaxed and happy souls. ‘That was Fantastic’ said a happy little client about his experience.

NEW - CHILDREN'S REFLEXOLOGY CLASSES AT INTU, SLAITHWAITE!

The classes are expanding and will be hosted at two locations The Nest, Holmfirth and Intu Yoga Studio, Slaithwaite. ❤️

I will be joining the team of therapist's at Intu to provide private reflexology appointments and children's classes!

I'm delighted to share details of the accredited Children's Reflexology sessions, specially designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers.
Learn practical techniques to help your child with teething, earache, coughs, colds, reflux, and constipation, while boosting their immune system. Our sessions promote calm, growth, bonding, and development. Join our small, friendly group to build skills, connect, and receive take-home booklets for continued practice.

The sessions for Babies aged 6 weeks upwards - 12 months start Friday 27 February, then every Friday for four weeks, finishing 20 March 2026.

Venues -The Nest, 140 Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth HD9 3AR

Start/Finish Times 9:30am to 10:30am

Through engaging interactive activities, you'll learn techniques to support your child with common ailments, such as teething, earache, coughs, colds, reflux, constipation, whilst also helping to support their immune system.

The sessions will enhance balanced emotions to encourage calm, foster growth and development, nurture bonding and build relationships.
You're welcome to join the small, friendly group sessions. Each session is an opportunity to learn new skills, encourage a child's development and to socialise. Plus, you'll receive a booklet after each session, so you can continue practising at home.

The sessions start Friday 27 February at 9:30am-10:30am every Friday for four weeks, finishing 20 March 2026.
