Dementia Services in Medway

Medway Singing for the Memory: A singing group designed for people living with dementia and other cognitive impairments, their carers, and their friends. Held in Rochester on the second Friday of each month. Here is further information and upcoming schedule.

Rochester Memory Cafe: you can meet others who are in a similar situation to you and spend time sharing information and experiences or simply have a cup of tea and a chat. Friendly volunteers will be on hand to give you information and support and a range of refreshments is available. If you require travel vaccinations, please kindly complete the Travel Risk Assessment form on our website https://www.elmsmedicalkent.nhs.uk/travel-risk-assessment.

Once you have submitted the form, it will be passed to our nursing team who will be in contact with you in due course.
