Hi I have a resident Brenda turning 102 at my new job… Woodside hall nursing home on the a22 between Hailsham & Polegate on 16th October & would love to shower her in cards from near & far!! This lady is one of our remaining war hero’s…. Please show her some love & send a card on this special day ❤️just address it to Brenda as giving her surname would be a data protection breach

The residents enjoyed a change of scenery this afternoon….in the garden!! 🪴 We enjoyed fast melting lollies & trained our brains doing Crosswords

As you are all aware the summer fete is unfortunately cancelled tomorrow but we will still be running our raffle for breast cancer awareness & it will be drawn next Friday 22nd August. ⭐️A appreciation post to 1 of our lovely residents…. Peter Scarratt (97 years old)
Peter painted a canvas to auction off at our breast cancer fundraiser next month which sadly won’t be going ahead after recent events. Peter has given me the painting to do what I see fit with it.
If I got prints made would anyone being interested in buying this picture so we could still raise some money 4 a good cause & show Peter how much we appreciate his hard work & artistic talent ❤️❤️
