Wow!! My biggest Fitness Class to date in the Studio!!
Since starting the classes, they have built up from 2-4 ladies, to now a regular 8-9 - but tonight we had 10 fabulous ladies all working out together ✨
That been said, for me it’s not about the numbers in the classes, but the quality, and how each person feels before, during and when they leave - because I’ll always give 100% dedication and encouragement to every session I do, whether that’s with 2 people or 20 💜
But, I think tonight was a little pinch me moment 🥲 that for someone who has always struggled in confidence, and self belief… I decided to work my arse off and follow my heart, my passion and my dream. I dedicated myself and began to build and create something from nothing but a vision 🙏🏻
And now 4 years on from opening True Fitness, I have a thriving little business that helps and impacts so many women’s lives in such a positive and healthy way - and for that I am so proud of myself, but also so proud of each amazing lady who walks through the Studio doors ✨
So thank you for making the vision a reality, and for allowing me to be a part of your lives, and play a small role in all the different, and wonderful journeys you are on 💪🏻💜🔥✨
