So honoured to be invited to the Epicutis breakfast launch at the stunning Bvlgari Hotel. Such a beautifully curated start to the day surrounded by inspiring people and meaningful conversations 🤍

Then the celebrations began 🎂 Spa time with my girl Roshni for her birthday as it should be 💆🏽‍♀️✨ followed by the most divine dinner at Bacchanalia. Nothing less for a birthday queen 🖤

💫 Women in Aesthetics

What a day… I’m honestly still processing it.

A stage led by 7 phenomenal women, each sharing stories that weren’t polished, weren’t easy, and definitely not linear. Real journeys, real setbacks, real moments that could have broken them… but didn’t.

It really hit me that I’m not alone.

We all go through it. The chaos behind the scenes, the parts no one sees. But there’s something so powerful about pushing through and coming out stronger.

The energy in that room was incredible. Honest, empowering, and the kind of inspiration that stays with you.

And being there with my own saviour, .theskinguru 🤍 someone who has truly been part of my story, made it even more special.

Days like this remind me why I do what I do and why we keep going ✨

I had the pleasure of joining the wonderful to talk about something I’m incredibly passionate about — the connection between periocular skin health, regenerative aesthetics and dry eye disease.

As an oculoplastic surgeon and dry eye specialist, I truly believe the future of periocular medicine lies in bridging ophthalmology, aesthetics and ocular surface health. The eyes simply cannot be treated in isolation.

The Menopause Network is a trusted platform dedicated to educating, supporting and empowering women through perimenopause and menopause.

I’m proud to be an advisor, bringing a clinical lens to an area that’s still too often overlooked: dry eye disease.

Hormonal change doesn’t just affect how we feel. It impacts our eyes, skin and confidence.

My role is about education, clarity and better outcomes for women who deserve informed, modern care at every stage of life.

Through my work as a oculoplastic consultant and global dry eye expert I’ll be delivering focused education around hormonal eye health and dry eye. As well as incorporating treatment protocols with the amazing inmode envision device.

Knowledge is power. Confidence is timeless.
