Naked katsu curry - delicious! Needed to use up some sweet potatoes and seeing as this has mashed sweet potato in (which thickens the sauce and a great alternative to high syn flour) I thought why not! Perfect combination!

What an incredible week in groups!

The tremendous Tuesdays celebrated awards, body magic success, we spoke about deep changes and commitment lightbulb moments 🤩

The wonderous Wednesdays raised the roof for Julie’s 9 STONE AWARD!!!! New members losing 9lbs, 5.5lbs… all with We covered the 6 weeks until Xmas and our goals, seeing how we can navigate events leading up to December.

I am beyond proud of you all. Proud for your wins, proud for your determination during tough times.

Before the madness of the day starts, a moment for what we are about to experience…

Today we celebrate Nick Furlong and his incredible achievement with Slimming World. Being chosen to represent members alongside Jess Westbury as our National Icons and have an amazing year flying the flag for men in the UK, showing them that a healthy sustainable lifestyle is totally achieveable.

I will be on stage this evening with Nick (and Ashley Banjo!!!) to collect his award and it will be one of the proudest moments for me.
Totally full circle and quite the honour.

The levels of pride I have for my groups and every member I have ever met is limitless. Thank you mate for being an awesome ambassador. Now let’s party!!!

My members rock!

Today we gathered at our quarterly meeting with all consultants from Surrey, Sussex & Kent and I’m beyond proud to be bringing home this award! Achieving the 5 star consultant award for our Woodhatch group!

I am extremely grateful for each and every award I have ever achieved. This is my third 5 star award and it means just as much.

Awards are amazing aren’t they, they fill me with pride. However they will never compare to watching a member achieve. It’ll never compare to giving them an award, a round of applause, their Target badge, the list is endless!

THANK YOU for giving me the privilege to fly our flag today! I’m so lucky to have such a great team around me too!
