Magnesiumcitrate,creatine,collagen,protein powder, cinnamon, prunes,apricot, chaiseeds,flaxseed ,spinach,raw veg powder,ginger,pineapple has been my power smoothie for the last month every morning..

It's anti-inflammatory plus as a vegetarian I don't eat enough meat and even as a vegetarian I don't eat enough greens

I will be 45 in January better late then never to start looking after body's especially as we age

I been taking a perimenopaual tablet now just incase,5htp,vitamin d, k2 and just started taking b vitamins

B vitamins are good for nerves k2 helps with most absorption of vitamin d products and bones are so important

Obviously this is just what I am doing but check with GP if on other medications

She has really helped me in last 7 months my pain feels so much less today.

As a business I really feel the world needs to know about other people's service's because we all have a role in your healing journey. And I have recommended and reviewed other people's services from my own personal experiences.
