I’m delighted to announce that Chair Yoga at Fairkytes Art Centre will begin on Wednesday 7th January 2026, from 11:30am to 12:30pm.

These classes are designed for those who want to enjoy the benefits of yoga — improved mobility, balance, strength, and relaxation — in a supportive and comfortable way.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, living with joint or mobility challenges, or simply prefer a class that meets you where you are, Chair Yoga offers a safe and uplifting space to move and breathe with confidence.

Led by Michelle Spencer, a certified yoga teacher with years of experience in chair-based and adaptive yoga.

Olivia and I are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a 3 night festive weekend 26-29 November 2026 at Lower Marsh Farm. The weekend will include gentle and accessible yoga, delicious home-cooked meals, a wreath-making workshop, a visit to a local Christmas Market and of course mulled punch, hot chocolate and mince pies to help you get mentally prepared for the busy-ness of the holidays.

Over the past year, I’ve had more and more people ask about a class that offers the benefits of yoga in a way that’s comfortable and accessible for those with limited mobility or recovering from injury.

With that in mind, I’ll be starting Chair Yoga classes at Fairkytes Art Centre in the new year.

Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to move, stretch, and strengthen the body — all while staying supported. It’s particularly helpful for anyone recovering from hip or knee surgery, or who simply prefers a gentler approach to movement.

Just back from another wonderful long weekend at the amazing Lower Marsh Farm
I had the pleasure of leading yoga and spending time in nature with such an amazing group of women who chose to prioritize themselves refilling their cups and learning how to improve their health and wellbeing at this Midlife Yoga and Nutrition weekend.

Looking forward to our next break together in France, July 2026.
