Day 2 Vs Day 3 post microneedling

I love a comparison post

I've spoken before about there being no quick fixes with great skin care and skin Rejuvenation treatments so it's not an overnight instant change BUT already there's small noticeable changes ...

By day 3 we can see that

✨ any redness that was there has disappeared
✨ My skin has started to show and feel more hydrated again
✨ I have noticed it feels smoother and firmer
✨I feel it's a little brighter and less tired than before the treatment

These changes will just keep going, the healing process, the production of collagen, the skin hydration keeps coming, keeps working and your skin really feels the difference.

24 Hours post microneedling

✨ Some slight redness but nothing dramatic
✨ Skin feels tight and dry
✨ No pain or discomfort

It's also completely normal to experience any itchiness or slight flaking

All of these are normal inflammatory healing responses

Skin care is just warm water at this point, giving it time to heal and after 48 hours if my skin feels comfortable I'll restart some gentle moisturising

Remember to avoid for the first 24 - 72 hours:
✨ Make up for at least 48 hours
✨Do not sure retinol, Vitamin C, scrubs or exfoliants
✨Avoid any thick water based moisturiser
✨Avoid tanning/ tanning beds
✨No sauna, steam rooms, swimming or hot baths
