Huge kudos to Nicky 👏🔥
Not only is this incredible woman training for a 100k ultra walk for Macmillan, she’s also dialled right in on her strength training… and signed up to Yard Games this year 💪
Today’s session was next level:
▪️ 40 reps @ 65kg Trap Bar Deadlifts
▪️ 48 reps @ 19kg Chest Press
▪️ 240m of 15kg x2 Farmer Carries
▪️ 60 reps 12kg Kettlebell Squats
▪️ 60 reps Dumbbell Push Press (2 x 6kg)
That’s strength.
That’s grit.
That’s endurance.
Building a body that can walk 100k… AND lift heavy.
