Huge kudos to Nicky 👏🔥

Not only is this incredible woman training for a 100k ultra walk for Macmillan, she’s also dialled right in on her strength training… and signed up to Yard Games this year 💪

Today’s session was next level:

▪️ 40 reps @ 65kg Trap Bar Deadlifts
▪️ 48 reps @ 19kg Chest Press
▪️ 240m of 15kg x2 Farmer Carries
▪️ 60 reps 12kg Kettlebell Squats
▪️ 60 reps Dumbbell Push Press (2 x 6kg)

That’s strength.
That’s grit.
That’s endurance.

Building a body that can walk 100k… AND lift heavy.

Nicky, you were absolutely on fire today 🔥

Huge congratulations to Pauline this week 👏🏼🔥

What a session!!!

New PB deadlift of 85kg 💪🏼
And pressing 2 x 12.5kg dumbbells on her chest press like an absolute powerhouse.

But what I’m most proud of?
She didn’t let her mind talk her out of it.

Strength isn’t just physical.
It’s courage.
It’s consistency.
It’s choosing to back yourself.

Progress like this doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built rep by rep, week by week.

So proud of you Pauline. Proof that when you train properly, fuel properly and believe in yourself … incredible things happen!

Amazing boxing class this evening with the BEST energy from these incredible ladies 👏🔥

We mixed things up with a super fun game of ribbon tag — working on staying light on our toes, sharp reactions, and keeping those gloves UP at all times 🥊Lots of laughs but still laser focused.

3 combo rounds and then finishing with a killer circuit:

🔥 Wall balls
🔥 Plank shoulder taps
🔥 Bicep curls
🔥 Killer wall sits
🔥 Shuttle runs
🔥 Lunges
🔥 Hurdle jumps
🔥Heel taps
🔥Tricep Overhead press
🔥Box the Hell out of Jess 😂

No one held back.
No one quit.
They absolutely worked their butts off tonight 💪

100KM. 24 HOURS. THROUGH THE NIGHT. 🚶‍♀️🌙

Ladies… this is next level.

Stacey and Nicky are taking on a 100km walk in under 24 hours in May – and as part of their training this Friday they’re walking 12 hours straight through the night around Horsham, Broadbridge Heath and Southwater.

This isn’t just a stroll.

This is grit.
This is resilience.
This is mental strength.
And they’re both doing it for charities close to their hearts. 💙

HALF TERM

Just a little reminder that I am OFF this week for half term.

That said… “off” for me currently looks like:

📋 Studio planning behind the scenes
🤕 And recovering from the Level 4 weekend because I am officially broken 😂

👉 I’ll be back on Monday 23rd for PT sessions.
🥊 Boxing is still on as usual Thursday and Saturday — no rest for the gloves!

What a weekend!

Speed drills.
Plyometrics.
Agility work.
Olympic lifting.

I have been physically tested to my absolute limits.

I am covered in bruises.
My whole body aches from head to toe.
The drive home was tough.

But wow… I am SO proud of myself.

Proud that I showed up.
Proud that I pushed through.
Proud that I managed to achieve movements that once felt completely out of reach — even if they still need polishing before my final assessment.

That’s the thing about growth…
It’s uncomfortable.
It’s humbling.
It demands everything from you.

This weekend I genuinely feel like I fired every single muscle fibre in my body 🔥

The human body is an incredibly powerful machine. When you train it properly, fuel it, challenge it and respect it — it will do extraordinary things.

And I will always walk the walk before I ask my clients to.

Level 4 S&C is stretching me in every way possible… but this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Mission:Strong won’t just be the new name of the Studio.
It’s who I am becoming and the community of women I am building.

Now… epsom salt baths, mobility, stretching, recovery and yoga on repeat this week 😅💪
