Merry Christmas to all of my amazing clients and everyone who’s taken part in my classes this year 🎄

As we come to the end of another year, I just want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you. Your commitment, energy, and effort throughout the year have been incredible, and I’m so proud of everything you’ve achieved. You’ve all worked so hard, and on occasion, it’s been fun hey?! 😂

I wish you all a happy, healthy, and well-deserved Christmas filled with rest, and time with the people you love.

Here’s to a fantastic 2026 — full of new goals, fresh motivation, and continued progress.

HYROX is getting closer, and yes — there are nerves. But honestly? I’m mostly excited.

Training with intention has been a game changer. Having something to work toward keeps me consistent, even on the days motivation goes missing.

Will I feel a little wobbly the week before? Probably.
But right now, I’m actually enjoying the process — the structure, the challenge, the progress.

If you’re feeling stuck with exercise, give yourself a goal. Something that pushes you, scares you a little, and reminds you what you’re capable of.

It’s not always easy, but it is absolutely worth it.

I’m stronger, fitter, and more focused than I’ve ever been — and that feels amazing. 💪✨

I was chatting with a few clients today, and we were talking about how much harder it can be to train when you’ve got a young family to look after.

It really hit home — because I catch myself doing the same thing I tell others not to do… comparing. Comparing my progress to people who might be in totally different situations — younger, not as many responsibilities, more time, more energy.

It’s so easy to look around and think you’re not doing enough. But the truth is, not everyone has the same amount of time or freedom to dedicate to training — and that’s okay. What really matters is consistency and discipline. Turning up, even on the days you don’t want to. That’s been my focus.

I’ve got a few more weeks of pushing myself before HYROX, and I just want to know that I gave it my best — so that on the day, I can actually enjoy it.

Here’s to the late gym sessions, the tired evenings, and the small wins that build up over time 🙌🏻

Time to get serious about Hyrox. I’ve joined to make use of the kit that I don’t have at home. Along with training and .evolvemethod I need more. So here we are 🙌🏻

Super sweaty and happy hour spent on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Time for a roast and a rest after I take the dog for a soggy walk.
