On this day, 12th of March, 11 years ago, my beautiful babies, Max and Lola, were supposed to come into this world and complete our lives.

Devastatingly, the universe had other plans.

After all these years and lots of healing, I opened The Sacred Grief group at the end of the last year.

Unfortunately life got in the way and I wasn't able to continue holding this space as well as everything else.

Now I have the energy and mental capacity, it is fully reopened and I warmly invite you to join if you have experienced the death of a child, whether that loss is recent or long ago.

Please invite anyone you know, who would benefit from being held in this beautiful space.

Here are some tips that I have found helpful, as a mum, to come back to balance and calm.

🌹 Stop for a couple of minutes throughout the day to breathe deeply
🌹 Move your body, even just 10 mins daily, whether it's shaking, dancing, yoga, walking, or exercise
🌹 Place an ice back on the back of your neck to disrupt the stress signals and bring your body back into calm
🌹 Connect with nature
🌹 Get creative, it doesn't have to look good, it's the process of being creative that brings you back to yourself
🌹 Send yourself or your bestie a voice note of your feelings, get it out, express
🌹 Journal your thoughts and feelings to help you process
🌹 Make time for you, daily, to be quiet and alone, 10 minutes is enough to start with
🌹Listen to your favourite music, sing if you can
🌹 Eat regularly
🌹 Drink lots of water
