🚧 Important Safety Notice – Road Condition Outside the Home
We would like to make families, visitors, staff, and professionals aware of a pothole on the road outside our property, which may present a potential risk to vehicles and pedestrians.
Please be assured that this matter has been formally reported, and we are actively working with Durham County Council and the Durham Registry Office to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As the road is privately owned, this requires multi-agency coordination, which is currently underway.
In the meantime, we kindly ask everyone to:
• Drive slowly and with caution when approaching the home
• Remain vigilant to avoid any accidents or vehicle damage
• Take extra care when walking near the affected area
The safety of our residents, families, staff, emergency services, and visitors remains our highest priority.
If any member of the community is able to temporarily support with a safe covering of the pothole, this would greatly assist in ensuring continued safe access for emergency services and visitors while formal repairs are being arranged.
