What a fabulous Monday! 2 great meetings wrap up 2025! It’s been a fabulous year, with success after success! Everyone who walks through my doors will change their life, if they stay consistent, committed, and patient! It won’t happen overnight, but by the time the end of January comes around, you’ll feel so much better, and proud that you took that leap of faith, and didn’t give up!

It doesn’t matter what’s happened in December, just as long as you’ve had a great time doing it! It’s at this point when we can be craving a bit of normality back though! I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, but it’s only in the last couple of years that things have really changed, because my attitude has changed. Once you begin to work on your head and your attitude, that’s when you’ll change those habits of a lifetime. A member said to me last week that she no longer has “food guilt” after eating something that’s not deemed “diet friendly” since joining me at TBV! Music to my ears! When we have the guilt, that’s when things go wrong - work on changing that, you’re on to a winner!! I’ve lost over 3 stone and chocolate features in my day, every day! Come and be part of something unique, and you’ll open yourself up to a world of food freedom!

Aiming to get a sense of normality on the go now!! Weighing in is always optional at TBV! Sometimes, it’s not about the scales! The meeting is the most important part! The scales are just numbers, and are not the be all and end all at TBV! I’m looking forward to catching up with my members this week! Happy Christmas Eve! It’s upon us now! It has been so fantastic to see so many of my members getting support to help them navigate the festive season and ultimately, not revert back to old habits of stopping and starting…..just because it’s Christmas!
