No equipment? No problem! Today’s routine is all about speed and focus. Perfect for a quick break or to get your energy up.

The Routine (1 minute each):
1️⃣ Jab-Cross (Keep those hands up!)
2️⃣ Hooks (Pivot your lead foot)
3️⃣ Uppercuts (Drive from the legs)
4️⃣ Slips (Imagine dodging a punch)
5️⃣ Freestyle (Mix it all together!)

The Routine:
0:00-1:00: High Knees (Get those knees to hip height!)
1:00-2:00: Alternating Palm Heel Strikes (Keep your guard up!)
2:00-3:00: High Knees (Stay light on your feet)
3:00-4:00: Alternating Palm Heel Strikes (Focus on the exhale)
4:00-5:00: Quick Feet + Palm Strikes (Finish fast!)

Finding time for yourself doesn’t have to mean an hour at the gym. Sometimes, all you need is five minutes to reset your body and mind!

Welcome to Workout Wednesday. This week, we’re sharing our "Push–Strike–Breathe" routine: a quick, minimalist flow designed for every age and fitness level. You can do this right in your living room!

Here’s your 5-minute plan:

• PUSH (Strength): 90 seconds of push-ups. Focus on steady movement. (Modification: Use a wall or your knees to keep it accessible!)
• STRIKE (Kickboxing): 90 seconds of shadow boxing. Throw comfortable jab-cross combinations. It’s a great way to release tension and feel empowered.
• BREATHE (Calm): 2 minutes of quiet, deep breathing. Stand tall, close your eyes, and focus on the air filling your lungs.

Got 5 minutes and a set of stairs? Let’s build cardio + coordination the Kane Academy way.

Workout Wednesday: “Stairs & Strikes” (5 mins)
1) 60s step-ups (steady pace)
2) 60s jab-cross (light, fast hands)
3) 60s step-ups (a bit quicker)
4) 60s 1–2–slip (jab-cross, small head movement)
5) 60s shadowbox freestyle (keep your feet moving)

Make it easier:
• No stairs? March on the spot or use a single step
• Keep punches at 50% power and focus on rhythm

Make it harder:
• Add knee drives on the step-ups
• Add 1–2–hook in rounds 4–5

Small sessions like this build confidence, resilience, and that “I actually did it” feeling.
