Hey followers 👋

So had my appointment today 😁 and its fantastic news ... I have been moved to yearly appointments and the consultant i see was amazed that im 4 years no issues and no meds 🥰 im so incredibly lucky ! I cannot thank the NHS enough or my sister for her courageous donation ❣️

My last thought is to encourage everyone who can to donate blood and look into the stem cell donor list ❤️‍🔥not all super hero's wear capes ... I call mine my sister ❤️‍🔥
