Hi All, I’m sorry to say I will have to take a second swing. Molly ended up frozen, literally, couldn’t move because of the cold and wet at elevation so have decided to postpone and try again (without Molly). She does just doesn’t have the size or meat on her to cope. I feel awful that she got so poorly. More details in the video.

This week is it’s a chance to take a step back and think about those around you who may be struggling. No-one should suffer in silence.
In two weeks I’ll be pitched up in my 🏕 in the mountains 🏔 of the Brecon Beacons. I’m doing this to raise awareness for men’s suffering with Mental Ill Health. Find out more about my challenge at www.onemaduk.com

So managing social media isn’t my strong point. Anyway less than 4 weeks to go until I take on my Brecon challenge. 100miles solo.
Whilst I am reasonably well prepared, I cannot say they same for Molly. She has, over the last 6-8weeks been suffering with repeated soft tissue injuries post walk, so I am concerned about taking her with me as I don’t want to exacerbate anything! 😢🤔
It’s not to late to sponsor me - check out the page at
