Come and join me for this wonderful five-week series. Each week focuses on a physical body area, and the energetic and emotional aspects associated with it and uses Yin yoga poses and traditional Chinese Five Element theory to create harmony and healing.
Poses are held from between a minute to five or ten minutes in order to allow deep connective tissues like the joints, fascia and ligaments to release. Because of this the practice is deeply meditative.
The poses are predominately seated or lying down.
Nourish & Nurture Yin is the Gemma Wickert Yoga style of yin and incorporates a few twists such as pranayama, Qi Gong, Hatha yoga philosophy and occasionally Yoga Nidra.
I hope you can join me for all five classes in the series but attending a single class is possible.
