My name is Constance Murphy and I am a married mother of 5 children, who has been an NVQ Level3 Qualified Healthcare Professional since 2011. I have experience in the care home, domiciliary and private care sectors to which I have gained some valuable experiences and techniques on how best to provide an excellent quality of care. I have also unfortunately seen the other side of care that many of the service users get frustrated with, for example, different carers daily, carers turning up late (if at all sometimes), carers leaving early because they are overworked and not able to fulfil their time obligations. This is very distressing for all service users, and carers that actually came into the care industry to care! This is why I am taking the steps to do it my way! I have luckily been able to cherry pick a couple of the very best carers in the industry who are local to us, are NVQ qualified and more importantly, in this industry to care, to come on board with me and strive to provide an excellent service of care the way it should be done. I am looking to keep a small selection of service users who we can give a happy, content and fulfilling service to. I am keeping it small so we can dedicate our time accordingly, once we are full, we will not be accepting more service users just for profit. We are friendly, approachable and always open to suggestions. I want to make a real connection with service users. If something takes that little bit longer, no problem.
