✨ “We did it!” — those were Alex’s words to me this morning 💫

Alex absolutely bossed her birth using her hypnobirthing techniques, with the incredible support of her birth partner, Andy.

After a challenging first birth experience, they both completed my intensive hypnobirthing course, determined to make this birth a different and empowering one — and that’s exactly what they did.

Throughout the labour and birth of baby Rowan, Alex and Andy used their B.R.A.I.N. to make informed, confident decisions every step of the way.

I’m so proud of them both 💕
