Hello Ilminster,

Unfortunately we have had recent notification that the warehouse theatre defib on brewery lane had been accessed, therefore this is currently unavailable for use.
Our thoughts are with those concerned. ❤️

Alternative 24hr accessible rescue ready defibs can be found in the following locations:
The square telephone box (now fixed) Vaughn Lee house,
Archie Gooch pavilion
Ilminster Ambulance station
Hazelwell Lodge

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

Hello ilminster

Your defibs have been checked this morning ♥️

For the time being, please DO NOT use the phone box defib in the town square. We will let you know when this is ready

We would like to thank you for another year of support, and remind you that you have all paid for these defibs and they are yours to use whenever you need to, please don’t ever worry about taking the defibs or opening the pads - if in doubt, DO!

Please be aware there is an issue with the cabinet housing the defib at the ambulance station. Please use a different defib for now if needed, hopefully this will be sorted out in the next couple of days

The other defibs are at the theatre, hazelwell lodge, the town centre phone box, Vaughan lee house, the Archie Gooch ♥️

THE DEFIB HAS BEEN RETURNED AND IS RESCUE READY AGAIN❤️

Good evening ilminster ☀️

Please be aware that at the moment the defib sited at Hazelwell Lodge is not in use. We hope this will be back in the cabinet and ready for use by tomorrow evening. The other defibs are at the Archie Gooch, the square phone box, Vaughan Lee, the ambulance station, and the theatre, and they are all currently available for use

They are all accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week, they are very easy to use and everyone is absolutely welcome to use one whenever it might be needed. If you use one, please just return it to the cabinet you borrowed it from, and let one of us know that you’ve used it so we can come and check it’s all ready for the next use

We have been made aware that yesterday the defibrillator @ Hazelwell lodge was deployed but has not yet been returned. If anyone has any information or knows it’s whereabouts please pop us a message! 😌❤️

‼️VANDALISED DEFIBRILLATOR‼️

Last night our public accessible defibrillator in the Market square phone box was vandalised.

We are appealing for anyone who may have CCTV in the area, heard anything or saw anything suspicious on the evening of 30/04 or early hours of 01/05 to contact us so we can catch the person who has done this. We have a crime reference number so will forward any information onto the police.

One of our team has been down, checked the defib and made sure it is ready to be used should it be needed.

We’d like to thank the member of the community who found the defib and alerted us to this problem. We would also like to Thank Mitchams chartered accountants for their continued sponsorship of this defibrillator. ❤️

❤️❤️❤️ ANNOUNCEMENT ❤️❤️❤️

We are over the moon to finally announce that we have a new defibrillator for our wonderful town!!

Branston LTD have been incredibly generous and funded a brand new defibrillator for us🤩

The new public accessed defibrillator is now installed and ready to be used on the outside of ILMINSTER AMBULANCE STATION!

We now have defibrillators located at; The market square, Vaughan Lee house, Hazelwell lodge, The warehouse theatre, The Archie Gooch pavilion and now Ilminster ambulance station!
