Recent patient experience, following really intense back pain, we assessed and treated using the .method principles & I really pleased for them - pain gone, back feeling better than it has in years and they are back to their normal activities 🙂 thanks as always to my mentor at .method 🙏

A real honour & privilege to be asked to attend the 85th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain this weekend at Westminster Abbey. This was a monumental Service, superbly delivered by the RAF, it was a Service of Thanksgiving and Rededication to mark the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, one of the most pivotal battles of World War II.
In attendance was The Prime Minister who was sat directly opposite me, along with the Chief of Defence Staff & Chief of The Air Force.
After, was another honour to discuss with some of these people about the journey of Springback & where it’s going. A wonderful weekend & all your support is greatly appreciated.

Tom I cannot thank you enough for getting me back out doing what I love. Your professional, knowledgeable and personal approach to help strengthen my knee has been amazing. You truly care about your patients and go above and beyond to get us back to the sports and hobbies we love. I can’t believe I am out running again pain free and even managed to climb Snowdon only 13 weeks post surgery. Quite incredible. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and Springback Physical Rehab.
