I never realised, when I started this journey into Complementary Therapies 10years ago & running a small business quite how many different roles I’d be doing & the new things I’d have to learn to support what I do in the Treatment Room!

That said , would I change it???
ABSOLUTELY not!!!
I love the therapies I do & how they make a difference to the women that visit me in the treatment room 💛

Not enough people are talking about Menopause holistically & how we can best support ourselves, whether we go the HRT route, or naturally, I think of it as healthy ageing.

Life gets busy…. Your juggling work, family, the home, your hormones & everything else in between!

✨ Start your day slowly, give yourself 5-10mins to stretch & breathe.
✨ Get outside! Fresh air & exercise can help to clear a busy mind!
✨Protect your peace- it’s ok to say NO sometimes.
✨Unplug for a bit - your mind needs screen free time, especially at bedtime.
✨Stay connected- sharing with a friend helps to lighten the load.
✨Eat to nourish- NOT punish.
✨Just relax- do something that gets you out of your head for a while.

Save this for when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, stressed or anxious.
