What a transformation 👏 🥰
My client had lost loads of weight previously to finding me through healthy eating and PT sessions with Angela ( brilliant PT fabulous team)
She was then left with alot of loose skin 😫
and no amount of excerise or diet as we know will tighten up over stretched skin ...... then she met me 😁🤣🥰

Jade and myself are Halfway through our Human Design journey, and it’s been raw, revealing, and so real.
This path with our incredible mentor isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who I was before the world told me otherwise.
