Wellness isn't a destination—it's the act of being an active participant in your own life. ⚒️
​Body: Most people think wellness is a grueling 3-day cleanse or a marathon gym session once a month. Those aspect will have thier place 100% to me however, i believe it's much simpler. It’s the micro-habits and the respect you show the "machine" you live in.

​It’s built on three pillars:
1️⃣ Physical: Moving and fueling out of respect, not obligation.
2️⃣ Mental: Having the tools to process stress before you "overheat."
3️⃣ Social: Finding a sense of belonging while protecting your energy.
