Dabas klātbūtne rada īpašu, mierīgu un dziedinošu atmosfēru, kas palīdz atslābināt gan
ķermeni, gan prātu. Meža skaņas, gaisma un gaisa kvalitāte iedarbojas uz mūsu maņām,
ļaujot mums atbrīvoties no ikdienas, atjaunot saikni ar sevi, dabu un apkārtējiem. Būt
mežā nozīmē pieredzēt harmoniju visās tās formās, un šī intensīvā saziņa ar dabu ļauj
gūt dziļāku apziņas un fiziskās labsajūtas līdzsvaru. Dabas atmosfēra ļauj iedarbināt
parasimpatisko nervu sistēmu, kas ir atbildīga par atslābināšanos un atjaunošanos,
veicinot stāvokli, kurā varam piedzīvot īstu iekšējo mieru, emocionālu un fizisku
dziedināšanu.

Kā norit meža terapija?
• Sesija ilgst 2.5 - 3 stundas, lēnā un apzinātā tempā.
• Sesijas laikā tiek piedāvāti dažādi uzdevumi un elementi, lai iesaistītu maņas (redzi,
dzirdi, tausti un garšu).
• Sesijas laikā pastaiga ir lēna un apzināta. Uzmanība tiek pievērsta apkārtnei un savām
sajūtām. Galamērķis šeit nav svarīgs.
• Sesijas laikā tiek piedāvāti elpošanas vingrinājumi, kas palīdz aktivizēt parasimpatisko
nervu sistēmu.
• Sesijas noslēguma daļā tiek piedāvāta ķermeņa relaksējoša meditācija, ar iespēju
sazemēties (“grounding / earthing”).
Šie ir tikai daži piemēri, kā meža terapija mūs var ietekmēt:
• Fitoncīdi (dabīgās vielas, ko ražo augi un koki), uzlabo imūnsistēmu, tos gan ieelpojot,
gan uzņemot ar ādu
• Samazinās stresa hormoni ķermenī
• Atjaunojas koncentrēšanās spējas un atmiņa
• Uzlabojas miega kvalitāte
• Samazinās cukura līmenis asinīs
• Atjaunojas saikne ar dabu

• Ūdensnecaurlaidīgu apģērbu. Meža sesija ir visu laikapstākļu aktivitāte. Sesijas laikā
lietus tiek uzskatīts par vienu no visefektīvākajiem laikapstākļiem.
• Ūdeni vai kādus našķus, ja ir vēlme.
• Vieglu piknika vai pludmales paklājiņu uz kura var apgulties.

Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a Japanese practice of taking slow, mindful walks through the woodland to relax, recharge, and reconnect — not just with nature, but with yourself. It’s not a hike or workout. It’s about being, not doing.

What to Expect During Our Guided Session:
* Gentle, silent walking through beautiful woodland
