I’m a lifelong hugger and someone who’s always believed in the power of human connection. I’ve recently completed my training as a Cuddle Therapist with CPI, and I’m preparing to launch Suffolk Touch Therapy and Hug Hubs in autumn 2025.
What drew me to this work was a simple, human moment. During lockdown, a man helped me at the recycling centre and, in the process, briefly held my hand. Later, with tears in his eyes, he told me it was the first time he’d had physical contact in over a year. That moment has stayed with me — a reminder of how deeply we all need connection, and how healing even a small, respectful touch can be.
Touch is a basic human need, and yet for many people, it’s become difficult to access safely and without misunderstanding. Through one-to-one cuddle therapy sessions and group Hug Hubs, I aim to create welcoming spaces for people to experience consensual, *platonic* touch — to feel seen, valued, grounded and connected.
Whether you're feeling touch-deprived, navigating loneliness, or simply curious about this kind of connection, you're welcome. Each session is built on mutual respect, clear boundaries, and communication.
