🥳👏🏻💚HOW TO GET RESULTS…

Remember, it’s not what we do occasionally that creates change - it’s what we do consistently. The small actions you repeat day in and day out are what truly shape your results over time.

Perfection isn’t the goal. In fact, aiming for 100% all the time is unrealistic and unsustainable. Life happens. Schedules change. Energy fluctuates. And that’s okay.

Instead, focus on the 80/20 rule. If you can show up and give your best effort most of the time, even when it’s not perfect - you’re already winning. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Progress is built through habits, not heroic one-off efforts. Do the basics well. Do them often. Stay committed, even when motivation dips. Over time, those “ordinary” days add up to extraordinary results.

Show up. Do what you can. Keep going.

✨ Stay active – regular strength training and gentle cardio can help regulate hormones and improve sleep quality
✨ Build a calming evening routine – dim lights, reduce screen time, stretch, breathe, and wind down
✨ Watch caffeine & alcohol – especially later in the day
✨ Fuel your body well – balanced meals with enough protein support hormone health
✨ Prioritise stress management – movement, fresh air, and mindset work matter more than you think

Most importantly, don’t push through exhaustion… your body is changing, not failing. With the right support, training, and lifestyle habits, better sleep is possible 💚

Oh my god 😍 just LOOK at these before & after transformation photos!

Kate’s results speak for themselves – and what makes this even more incredible is how she’s achieved them. Through consistency with her training, while still enjoying a social life, holidays, and juggling life as a mum of two teenage daughters 💪✨

Since starting back in May 2025, Kate has achieved:
👇🏼 49.5lbs lost – that’s 3.5 stone!
👇🏼 13.1% body fat down
👆🏽 12.4% water up
👆🏽 2.8% muscle gained
👆🏽 0.2% increase in bone density
👇🏼 24cm off her waist
👇🏼 24cm off her hips
