Muscle aches and tension are common in this kind of weather due to the way we tense as we walk and worry about slipping.

Hello everyone, I've been thinking about this for a while and the decision was finalised after going to London to see all the amazing therapists take part in the National Massage Championships.
I've decided that I will now massage as my name Hannah Elise Holistics and that i am going to take part in next year's event! The online space will still be and one day in the future I hope the Wellbeing Nook will be a multi therapist treatment centre, with many holistic options.

Grateful for all of your support and follows.
