Aaron Francis is a coach with ADHD, who helps people find balance and confidence through simple, habit-based strategies. His coaching focuses on reducing stress with practical routines that give clients more space to be themselves.

Qualified in mBIT (multiple Brain Integration Techniques) and holding a Diploma in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Aaron blends neuroscience-based tools with creative, metaphor-rich approaches to make change both effective and enjoyable. His style is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative, encouraging clients to explore new possibilities while feeling supported.

Aaron’s mission is to help ADHDers create systems that are safe, sustainable, and joyful turning everyday challenges into opportunities for growth.

Meet Emily…🪷

“My name is Emily, I am a nurse and a bereavement support volunteer and my path to herbal medicine was born from a deep, inner struggle. I was working in A&E, in a constant state of anxiety, with a steady sense of inadequacy, when my father died. I became overwhelmed by chronic fatigue—a heaviness that left me feeling exhausted on every level. I knew that medication would only dull the pain, and I was determined to get to the root cause of my illness. I had a profound realisation that this state was the result of past trauma and negative beliefs; I was committed to getting to this inner, wounded and fearful place and healing from there.

From my very first lecture in herbal medicine, it felt like coming home. This approach to healthcare deeply resonated with me and I felt a sense of purpose and a deep trust that I was on the right path.

My ultimate goal is to create a space which allows you to feel safe and empowered, to reconnect with nature and your true, authentic self. Let's work together to embrace your vulnerabilities and find your unique path to wellness."

Well I’ve had two great days looking after my own wellbeing by indulging my interest in old cars! Great to see so many people out in the sunshine.

Looking at these cars has an incredible affect on my mental sharpness. All of a sudden I can remember all my old registration numbers and recount all the adventures I had in my £45 Triumph Herald! Amazing!

Now I’m geared up with lots of drive for a busy week ahead at 34 the Mall! (Sorry…)!
