Here’s a little glimpse into what today looked like for me…

6:30am — Distance Seichem healing for a client to support their emotional + energetic balance before the week begins.

7:00am — Kids up! Coffee in hand while helping everyone get ready for school.

8:30am — School run (and the usual morning chaos 😅).

9:00am — More coffee… and straight into readings.

10:00am — A quiet moment connecting with my Spirit Guide for guidance on the week ahead.

11:00am — An hour-long dog walk to reset my energy.

12:00pm — Lunch + a little pause.

1:00pm — Back into readings for the afternoon.

3:00pm — School run round two.

3:30–6:00pm — Dinner, homework, and packed lunches for tomorrow.

7:00pm — Online workshop for my mediumship development (Bridge to Beyond).

8.30pm — Finally… time to relax.

✨ I love what I do.

✨ I love the balance of family life, spirit work, and continuous learning.

The room is quiet, warm and set up with a therapy bed, blankets and soft lighting — perfect for anyone who needs time to unwind, reset and shift stuck energy.
