A bit about me & why I started my little business in order to help YOU ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

My journey began when I suffered with digestive issues around 15 years ago. I struggled with my weight which made me low in confidence & was constantly taking lansoprazole & other medications for acid reflux/indigestion.

I took a Food Intolerance Test in Spain around 15 years ago & can honestly say it changed my life completely! I am highly intolerant to yeast (Bakers & Brewers)

By removing these food groups from my diet it enabled me to reduce & eventually completely stop all medication. I lost around 15lbs at that time and have really never looked back since.

I do cheat from time to time (we are all human!) but I know my limits on what I shouldnโ€™t overload with.

I choose to restrict these foods most of the time in order for me to feel my very best ๐Ÿ’š

I started studying Nutrition & researching around 15 years ago opening Nutrition Element 12 years ago & I will continue to expand my knowledge throughout my life.
