✨ Gratitude ✨
Pressing pause was never part of my plan, but these last weeks have reminded me of the quiet, steady power of gratitude.
I’m grateful for my work and the lovely people I share my days with, for my family and friends who’ve held me with so much kindness, for my yoga practice and the knowing that I’ll return to the mat, both for myself and with you and for the simple movements we often take for granted: bending, reaching and moving with ease.
Gratitude has become my daily ritual: three things, every day. Such a small practice… such a big shift.
