I bumped into Emma the other day.

She was BEAMING & bouncing around like Tigger & told me that a friend had mistaken her for her teenage daughter recently 🤭

I’m not surprised 🤷🏼‍♀️- she looks fab, at least 10 years younger than our first conversation & her energy was off the scale.

Emma has physically transformed herself inside MMH (3 stones is a LOT of body fat!) but most notably it’s her that positivity & vibes that are back. Life feels exciting again for Emma, & who doesn’t want that?

Working with Emma is so much fun, & after a super successful fat loss phase she’s now moving into maintenance. This takes just as much work as fat loss & I’m excited to continue to be a part of her commitment to her health & fitness.

Emma hasn’t skipped meals, fasted, or bothered with trends or gimmicks to drop 3 dress sizes 🙅🏼‍♀️

Instead she’s buckled up, settled in & done the work most people avoid 💪🏼

I tell my clients they are not ‘most people’.

Most people feel constantly exhausted, are overweight, live a sedentary life & don’t take ownership or responsibility for their health & fitness. They blame other factors & make excuses.

Most people yo yo diet & are always starting over.

Most people look for hacks, shortcuts & fall for false promises only to end up in a worse position than when they started.

As you can see from Emma’s story she is NOT most people.

She’s definitely my kind of person 👯‍♀️

This is Becca 🥰

Becca told me recently that MMH has changed her life, & honestly it took my breath away.

Honestly I *know* it happens (& actually I work really hard to MAKE it happen for my team!) but sometimes the reality of the depth of transformation my clients get absolutely blows my mind.

Becca is a legend inside of MMH but she wasn’t always felt that way. She told me she was in a right mess when she first messaged me on insta.

To get where she is today, Becca hasn’t given up particular foods, or taken any magic supplements, or done any weird fasting/ cortisol/ insulin balancing protocols.

Instead, Becca works SO HARD daily at the basics to get stronger, leaner & more resilient. I am beyond proud of her. We’ve concentrated on consistency as supposed to intensity- life in MMH is a marathon not a sprint.

No one’s journey is without curveballs but Becca commits daily to investing in the future version of herself… & just look what is happening for her 🤩

Meet Clare - she’s is an absolute INSPIRATION 🤩

When we began work together in January she had tried to lose weight but it hadn’t stuck.

This time has been SO different - she’s used my 4 phase roadmap that guides clients from survival mode to THRIVING.

Legend Clare has embraced every single element of the work inside MMH & is such a positive force of good inside our community.

Things have not always been easy for Clare or gone as she’d hoped.

But through pushing herself she is TRANSFORMING her mindset & with it her health. She’s all about being her most authentic self, & her growth is so exciting 😍

This has already led to a cycling break with her husband & using a hotel gym on holiday with her teens.

Clare’s life is becoming more active & health focused in every single way before our very eyes & I am SO HERE FOR IT 👏

My first alcohol free Christmas in 2018 (I’d stopped my regular XL Sauvignon’s in the April of that year) did massive things for me in terms of improving my self belief & self confidence. I went against the grain, did my own thing & gave myself more proof I could do hard things!

My point here isn’t that you also need to not drink alcohol at all this Christmas, but it’s more that Christmas this year doesn’t have to look like it’s always looked.

You are allowed to change it for yourself…. for year & every year after.

Saying no to things at this time of year can feel very hard or it can feel super empowering & exciting as you begin to live your life in a more authentic & aligned way. You be more who you are becoming.

Christmas time can be a time to continue to work on & reflect on your health & fitness if you want to- it’s totally your call… & personally I find that pretty exciting as there’s always lessons to be learnt.
