Today is M and M Pet Sitter's 10th anniversary. In that time we have worked with a wide range of amazing animals from dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, rats and chickens to snakes, owls, parrots, ferrets, tortoises, frogs and lizards. We have also got to work for some great clients, many of whom we now count as friends.
We have formed strong bonds with many of the animals we've had the pleasure of working with and have had some brilliant experiences with them. We have also sadly lost quite a few over the years and many a tear has been shed, however they live on on our memories.
We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone (owners and pets!) We've worked with over the last 10 years and look forward to more to come

We've had the pleasure and privilege of meeting and working with a wide range of breeds and crosses including staffies and we can honestly say they are easily amongst some of the nicest and most affectionate dogs we've come across. When will people learn to judge a dog by what it does rather than what breed it is?

Staffordshire Bull Terriers are an affectionate, loyal breed and we object to the suggestion that they be added to the list of banned breeds in the UK under Breed Specific Legislation. A dog should not be judged by its looks, breed or perceived danger.

SHARE this post if you support our call on the UK Government to BAN Breed Specific Legislation all together!

Please leave out water and if possible, chicken based wet cat food if you are aware of hedgehogs living in your area. This prolonged hot weather will be making conditions difficult for them to keep going at the moment.

This is an important message and if the other person says no it isn't a personal insult or insinuation that they think your dog is nasty, they are just trying to look after your dog, themselves and their dog from undue stress. Please respect others.

We know and have had the privilege of working with a couple of dogs who have found new loving homes through Cretan Animal Protection.
As such we are now collecting used stamps (and food, toys, dog coats etc) to help where possible.
If you have anything you would like to donate please let us know and we will arrange for collection.
Many thanks 😊

Could your dog give blood? The Pet Blood Bank (PBBuk) would love to return to our Beezon Road clinic in August but, we need to have lots of suitable dogs signed up in advance to make sure we can make their journey up from Loughborough worthwhile. To see if your dog is a suitable candidate, please check our webpage below. Please SHARE to help spread the word and help to ensure that the event goes ahead to help lots of other dogs all over the country. Thank you.
