Hello and welcome to Gentle Touch - Therapy in the Lake District!
We deliver relaxing and blissful therapies to you in your hotel room or holiday accommodation whilst you are staying in The Lake District.
Whether you need to relax, de stress, feel uplifted, ease that headache, slow down or calm that mind chatter we are here to help.
Our nurturing therapy is called Access Bars and we believe it is the most effortless way to let go of all of your stresses strains and emotional discomfort and re set you to feel like yourself again.
It is not just relaxing whilst you are having the session (many report a deep state of relaxation) the results can last long after the session and sometimes even keep building.
