Rest is what’s stopping you from reducing your pain!!

We have all been there before. We have pain so we stop training.

After our time off we go back and try and train again. But the pain is still there.

Why is this ?

Well through this time we have not exposed our body to any load or movement that once caused us pain.

Then we are asking it to do the same thing all over again!!!

Before you completely rest, think of how you can regress the movement to something easier with no pain.

And remember

You still have other body parts you can train whilst rehabbing the painful area.
