Martin Holme Soundbaths Sonia and I play a number of instruments (gongs, singing bowls and chimes etc) to help people to relax deeply. We consider the vibrations as medicine.

Our sincerest thanks to everyone who has come along to to the soundbaths this year.
We have met some wonderful people and feel honoured that you come along.
I wanted to thank Suzi Staden Pilates for welcoming us so wonderfully, Alex Denzey at Champneys Eastwell Manor for helping make the floating soundbaths happen.
I would also like to thank Sarah and Jojo for inviting me to their beautiful yoga retreats.
Last but certainly not least I would like to thank Sonia for helping co- create our soundbaths.
I would like to thank her for introducing Cacao ceremonies and Oracle cards to our sessions.
She has helped seek out the finest instruments that complement each other.
I was reminiscing with Suzi last Friday about the night when my flute playing was ‘sub-optimal’ - as I walked by Sonia she burst out laughing and thereafter I could not look at her without dissolving into laughter.
I really cannot thank her enough and I look forward to co- creating more in the new year.
So wishing everyone a wonderful Yule/solstice/ Christmas.

Just to say that if I don’t get any bookings today I may have to cancel the soundbath on Sunday.
Generally people have been booking later and later but in this occasion I only have one firm booking.
If I get a few today I will go ahead even if it is a small group
