When you are considering this think about how it would make you feel and what you would love to be doing.

Consider any positive changes you can make every day that can lead to improving your health and wellbeing no matter how small.

You know you are not feeling right but you are not sure why?

Do you focus so much on the negative feelings you hardly notice or show gratitude when your feelings are positive?

Are you feeling totally overwhelmed?

Art you feeling angry, frustrated, anxious, fearful a lot of the time?

Are you unsure of what to do to calm these feelings down?

Are there times when you feel that no one is listening to you or cares how you feel?

There is so much that goes on in our mind that sometimes we can really struggle to make sense of it and to know what to do or how to cope.

My question to you is, HOW DO YOU WANT TO FEEL?

How are you?

It has been Mental Health Awareness this month and I am wondering if you pay attention to how you feel?

We are all affected at some point or another with mental health issues and my message to you is that YOU matter. No matter what has happened in the past, no matter where you feel you are right now, YOU matter. Your mental, emotional and physical health matters.

Here are some quick check in tips and questions you can ask yourself:

- How do I feel?
- Why am I feeling like this?
- Can I feel it somewhere in my body?
- Do I want to clear these feelings?
- Do I want these feelings to stay?
- What can I do to clear these feelings?

Be open about how you are feeling. Are you feeling anxious or depressed, fear or frustration, grief and sadness?

Can I manage to release these feelings on my own or would I benefit from support?

What are you doing about it? ๐Ÿค”

We all experience change and change is inevitable. If nothing else, the last year has taught us that we need to be resilient, strong and to be able to manage change. Many of us can't, we struggle and feel stuck, we don't want to change and if we do we don't know how to.

Fear and anxiety can get in the way and very often it gets in the way of us achieving our dreams. It doesn't have to you know, BWRT is an amazing way of helping you get to where you want to be my lovelies. ๐Ÿ’š
