Established in 1975, is a family run business based in the heart of Bexley Village in Kent. We are electrical contractors incorporating building maintenance services, who carry out all electrical works and building maintenance, mainly within the Industrial and commercial industry. We can carry out mechanical installation works where we appoint approved mechanical companies
we have been in partnership over the past 41 years
Various air conditioning & ventilation works can be carried out with us via project management or passing on the recommended details

Various Builders including Bovis Lend lease, Property Facilities Group Ltd and Engie (Cofely)
We carry out works within RBS & Santander sites where we work along with the main contractors
M&A Installations carry out from provision of basic lighting and power through to specialist electrical services such as structured cabling, fire alarms, heating and air-conditioning, we deliver electrical design and installation as an integral part of our refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out projects. Where as MAI Building Services carry out all building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry etc

MAI Group Limited provide Electrical, Mechanical and Building Services, based in Bexley, Kent.

Originally, M&A installations was established in 1975, as an electrical contractor.

In 2015, we had a brand change, becoming MAi Group Ltd, and now, as a group, we provide Electrical, Mechanical and Building Services within the industrial and commercial industry.
